And 10 is a dwarf galaxy that includes the solar system containing Alfheim, capital of the Star Imperium (later the United Planets) and racial homeworld of the Star Elves, as well as Asguardia, racial homeworld of the Asguardian Dwarfs. And 10 is a satellite galaxy of the Andromeda Galaxy and 2.9 million light years from the Milky Way Galaxy.
Since Year 4567, all of And 10 has constitued it's own Stellar sector, with the ruling Imperial Sovereign or the Prime Minister serving as local sector Moff until the time of the United Planets. It is a solo sector.
And 10 constitutes the Imperial Sector.
Even though the population of the And 10 is overwhelmingly composed of Star Elves and Asguardian Dwarfs, there are substantial populations of Orks on certain worlds and in certain solar systems in this galaxy, and there are several races of Aliens native to the galaxy of And 10.
